2009/Dec/23 - Blue eye panaque

Our own little blue eye panaque.  Amazing fish.  They are really something.  I owned one when I was a kid and I gave it away because it was vampiring on my goldfish.  And after many years, I finally get to own the blue eye again...  By the look of it, it could be a female.  I will have a couple pleco fanatic here checking and venting so we can get a confirmation.

2009/Dec/18 - P4 - Flower stingray

James, one of our stingray customer has given me some update photos of his pair of black flower stingray.  The photos speak for themselves.  I honestly haven't seen any flower stingray in this condition / color before.  All the credit goes to his caring of these two amazing animals.  I did not do any photoshop, not even cropping the photos; just resize them to reduce loading time.  Thank you for updating us!

2009/Dec/17 - many new plecos landed

To name a few - L14, 34, 46, 47, 177, 202, 234, 253, 264, LDA-33.  But the main attraction was the L173 and the gold xantus.  Took me a long time to find them and finally have a chance to see them.  I wish I have the time to photo the L173 for my website but my customer wants to pick them up right away straight from the box.  I will update with some photos later on when I have the chance to do some photos for them.

2009/Dec/09 - A very successful month of breeding

Although not our breeding groups of L46, but the group we sold about a month and a half ago have spawned twice.  We are very happy to hear spawning from our friends locally.  Besides the L46, our friends also happily reported to us that L260, L66, and L201 are also spawning...  This will be a great news as the more spawning we get locally, the more we can supply to the general public and less fish will be demanded from the wild.

2009/Sept/09 Shipping - Canada and USA.

We have finally gotten a shipper account to ship both to Canada and the USA.  We are also a known shipper with WestJet and AirCanada.  So if you need a quote, let us know your closest airport.  As for now, we will only do airport to airport to our USA customer as it is still cheaper than using any next day service courier.

How to order:

We accept Pay Pal and Money Order.  At the moment, we will not be able to accept Credit Cards and Personal Cheque payments.  Orders must be sent by e-mail.  Upon receiving the order, your fish will be reserved.  Full payment must be received within 7 days.  If full payment has not been received within 7 days, all reservations will be cancelled.  Items on the stock and equipment list are subject to availability.

Local pick up can be arranged by phone or email.

Terms and conditions:

1) Airport to airport is our preferred shipping method.  We are a known shipper to Westjet.  This is by far the quickest and safest way to ship live fish.  We will guarantee live arrival using airport to airport service with the exception of some very sensitive young fish (for example: Tigrinus catfish, Cyprichromis, and Altolamprologus fishes).  We will always tell our clients if they have ordered a sensitive fish before the required payment.  All other livestock (plants and shrimps) and equipment may be shipped with other carriers at the discretion of the client.

2) DHL 9AM special is also available providing you have the same service in your area.  Please contact your local DHL to find out.  We will only guarantee live arrival on the very first 9AM next day delivery attempt.  We will not guarantee live arrival if DHL delays delivery, weather causing delays, or after the first 9AM attempt.  It is very important for you to find out if DHL will do the 9AM special in your area.  This is also by far the cheapest way.

3) Within B.C., we can also do Greyhound next day providing you have the same service in your area.  Please contact your local Greyhound to find out if the service is available.  We have shipped fish to the interior B.C. a few times and so far, there is no lost of any fish.  However, we will not guarantee live arrival with Greyhound.

4) Vancouver Island customers can use Harbour Air.  It is inexpensive.  A small box usually cost ~$15 to ship.  You can pick it up either in Victoria or Nanaimo Harbour Air station.  We will guarantee live arrival with Harbour Air.

D.O.A. (Dead on Arrival)

The buyer will have to pick up all shipped livestock within 3 hours of scheduled arrival time.  If there are any delays due to the airline company, the buyer will have to deal with the airline company directly.  If there are any dead fish in the bag(s), the client will have to (A) inform us and (B) pictures should be taken with the dead fish inside the original unopened bag.  Both "A" and "B" should be done within 3 hours of receiving shipment.  We are not responsible for any DOA after three hours of scheduled arrival; we will work out the best arrival time to suit your schedule.  We are not responsible for DOA caused by delay, mishandling or any incident by the airline company.  Any DOA related to our handling of the fish will be credited towards the next purchase.  Shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be credited towards the next purchase.
