Welcome to Canadian Aquatics! Our goal is to provide you with quality fish from around the world. We are a small business that aims to provide quality fish and service that reflect our passion for fish and their care. We import our fish from South America, West Africa, and Southeast Asia. Our team also breeds some of our own stocks. Check out our stock list and if you're interested in a livestock that's not in our list, feel free to send us an email. We will gladly answer any questions that you may have and may be able to assist you in looking for the fish you want.

Mr. Chavez sent us some photos of some of the fish we shipped to him. We always love to see our customer's update. Anytime we get photos, we enjoy posting them and showing them off. Thank you for the photos and updating us!

2009/Dec/18 - P4 - Flower stingray
James, one of our stingray customer has given me some update photos of his pair of black flower stingray. The photos speak for themselves. I honestly haven't seen any flower stingray in this condition / color before. All the credit goes to his caring of these two amazing animals. I did not do any photoshop, not even cropping the photos; just resize them to reduce loading time. Thank you for updating us!
2009/May/05 We are up in aquabid.

How to order:
We accept Pay Pal and Money Order. At the moment, we will not be able to accept Credit Cards and Personal Cheque payments. Orders must be sent by e-mail. Upon receiving the order, your fish will be reserved. Full payment must be received within 7 days. If full payment has not been received within 7 days, all reservations will be cancelled. Items on the stock and equipment list are subject to availability.
Local pick up can be arranged by phone or email.Terms and conditions:
1) Airport to airport is our preferred shipping method. We are a known shipper to Westjet and Air Canada. This is by far the quickest and safest way to ship live fish. We will guarantee live arrival using airport to airport service with the exception of some very sensitive young fish (for example: Tigrinus catfish, Cyprichromis, and Altolamprologus fishes). We will always tell our clients if they have ordered a sensitive fish before the required payment. All other livestock (plants and shrimps) and equipment may be shipped with other carriers at the discretion of the client.
2) DHL 9AM special is also available providing you have the same service in your area. Please contact your local DHL to find out. We will only guarantee live arrival on the very first 9AM next day delivery FIRST attempt. We will not guarantee live arrival if DHL delays delivery, weather causing delays, or after the first 9AM attempt. It is very important for you to find out if DHL will do the 9AM special in your area. This is also by far the cheapest way.
3) Within B.C., we can also do Greyhound next day providing you have the same service in your area. Please contact your local Greyhound to find out if the service is available. We have shipped fish to the interior B.C. a few times and so far, there is no lost of any fish. However, we will not guarantee live arrival with Greyhound.
4) Vancouver Island customers can use Harbour Air. It is inexpensive. A small box usually cost ~$15 to ship. You can pick it up either in Victoria or Nanaimo Harbour Air station. We will guarantee live arrival with Harbour Air.
D.O.A. (Dead on Arrival) and other problem:
The buyer will have to pick up all shipped livestock within 3 hours of scheduled arrival time. If there are any delays due to the airline company, the buyer will have to deal with the airline company directly. If there are any dead fish in the bag(s) and other problems, the client will have to (A) inform us and (B) pictures should be taken with the dead fish inside the original unopened bag. Both "A" and "B" should be done within 3 hours of receiving shipment. We are not responsible for any DOA and other problem after three hours of scheduled arrival; we will work out the best arrival time to suit your schedule. We are not responsible for DOA caused by delay, mishandling or any incident by the airline company. Any DOA and other problem related to our handling of the fish will be credited towards the next purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be credited towards the next purchase.
