All orders must be confirmed by email.  Upon receiving the order via email, we will issue you an invoice to your email account.  Once payment is received, we will contact you by either email or phone to confirm a date for shipping. 

Our packing is professional.  We will use single bags for small fish and double bags for larger fish.  We will pack a minimum number of fish in a bag to ensure the survival of your fish as well inflate them with oxygen.  A heat pack will also be included in the styrofoam box (weather dependant).
